How is Like Monsoon and Post Monsoon Season in Nepal?

Nepal is witnessing a monsoon season now. These days, Himalayan country is drenched in rain causing landslides, floods at different regions and these types of natural calamities are considered as common phenomenon that occurs every rainy season. As a consequence, number of incoming visitors (travelers) also goes down during this season.

Despite the rainfall causing decline in number of incoming tourists, people going for trips  Mt. Kailash Yatra  via Nepal is still in increasing trend. And evergreen treks like Upper Mustang also sees quite an inquiries than other popular treks during wet months like July and August. It is a true fact that landslides blocks the road for days in highway including a way from Kathmandu to Pokhara, and domestic flights specially to Lukla gets delayed or cancelled, but the natural beauty of Nepal is so tremendous that it attracts the botanist who have keen interest on study of floral highlights in Nepal.
